Our Maintenance Engineers have now introduced a customer satisfaction measure for every project that we carry out , with measures from ‘Excellent’ to ‘Poor’.
We are delighted, but not surprised to report that our rolling 12 months scores are currently reporting that 93.75% of our customers view our glass replacement service as ‘Excellent’ and 6.25% regarding our service as ‘Good’.
