Dortech Maintenance celebrates glowing customer feedback
After a busy and successful 2019 at Dortech Maintenance, we’re powering into 2020 ready to tackle new challenges and continue providing a high-quality service to our existing clients and prospects.
And while we’re not ones to blow our own trumpet, we’ve been looking back at our customer feedback throughout last year – on all of the jobs we’ve completed – and we wanted to share the results. Mainly because we’re super proud of them and our fantastic team!
And for good reason, as 98.77% of our clients rated our services as ‘excellent’ – showcasing how hard our maintenance engineers work to uphold our rigorous high-quality standards and personalised level of customer service.
But the good news doesn’t end there, the start of 2020 has also seen us receive the highest value of maintenance orders to date – totalling over £58,000. This continued customer satisfaction is crucial in helping to ensure that the Maintenance division continues to grow over the coming years.
All this is great news for the firm, as part of our business development strategy is to grow the division’s revenue to £2m over the next 12 months. So, watch this space for further updates…
