Our Engineers have just completed high level glass replacement work at Wakefields New Civic Offices Building. The broken glass was located in a large glazed rooflight utilising a Schueco curtain walling roof system. A specialist city crane was used to hoist a 150Kg unit of glass from the road side up and over the building, into position on the roof. A temporary road closure was arranged to facilitate the work, which was conducted during the course of one working day.
